Nudism. A fresh look

[ad_1]

For most people, the definition of “nudist” means only one thing — a naked sunbathing body. And few people know that nudism is a whole culture, as well as a healing system.

Many girls like to sunbathe topless. Yes, and men have long ceased to be embarrassed to roll up swimming trunks to expose an additional strip of the body. But few of these people can classify themselves as nudists.

After all, this culture implies not only the absence of clothing, but also a whole worldview.
Speaking about the benefits of nudism, one can list not only a beautiful tan and bright relaxation, but also the health of the skin and the body as a whole, the unity of spirit and body, as well as the effectiveness of the treatment of certain diseases.

Nudism — as a culture

The main idea of true nudists is that nudity is the natural state of a person in which he came into this world. So, there is no reason to be ashamed of her. Ideological nudism is also called naturism, and its essence lies in the rule “Get dressed when necessary, undress when possible.”

It should be noted that naturism is not exclusively focused on the naked body. People who are passionate about this culture try to develop their bodies as much as possible, go in for sports, lead an active lifestyle, do not accept drug addiction, alcoholism and are very moderate in smoking.

In this case, many can say that more than once they saw “hanging naked youth” on the beaches. Note that the culture of naturism and shocking nudism are two different things. And in this article, we do not discuss people who perceive nudism as a means of uncultured behavior or shocking the public.

True nudists (naturists) respect the opinions of others and usually choose remote areas of beaches for their vacation. Such people will never discuss the merits or demerits of the bodies of their “colleagues” or force someone to take off their extra clothes on the territory of their beach.

Any manifestation of nudism is voluntary action. Among nudists, the manifestation of forcible coercion to follow the principles of naturism is not accepted.

It should be noted that such a culture is brought up by parents in children. And on a nudist beach, even children will never point their fingers at “naked uncles and aunts.”

And the last basic commandment of a nudist says that any manifestation of discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation is unacceptable.

Nudism is like a vacation

First, let’s move away from stereotypes. Nudism does not involve roasting a naked body to the state of coal. The main charms of “naked” rest are completely different.

First, by being stripped of clothing, your body breathes. Secondly, the most pleasant thing that you can feel when completely undressed is the wind on the skin or water washing the whole body without exceptional areas. Anyone who has ever swum naked will not argue that the sensations become much more vivid, and the body more sensitive.

And of course, an indisputable advantage is that often nudist beaches are located in secluded corners, and there are much fewer people on them than on any city ones. So, you can relax not only with your body, but also with your soul.

Nudism — as a treatment

A separate category of nudists can be distinguished people who undress for medical reasons. After all, clothing prevents you from getting the maximum healing effect of taking from solar, water and mud baths.

The fact is that bathing suits close some nerve points and endings, the impact on which with cool water or the warmth of the sun has a strong energy supply for the whole body and helps fight many ailments. And taking mud baths in bathing suits is just uncomfortable.

It should also be noted that a wet swimsuit is always a reason for colds of various kinds, since a naked body warms up much faster and more evenly than areas covered with a wet cloth.

Immediately I would like to pay attention to the issue of tanning. Many may argue that topless or fully nude tanning is not healthy. However, it can be argued that excessive tanning will not be useful even if you are wearing a swimsuit. And confident sunbathing is useful for any part of your body.

We wish you a good rest and full of sensations!
